The allegations appear to be very serious with regard to illegality in disbursing amounts under the Indira Awas Yojna. The matter is still under investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there has been no irregularity and all allegations are explainable.
Be that as it may, considering the allegations, till submission of chargesheet, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22437 of 2016 (2) dt.25-05-2016 2/2 Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Deep Nagar PS Case No 140 of 2015 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code. In case, the chargesheet is submitted by the police, the petitioner would have to surrender and seek bail from the trial Court.
