2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 211 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 121(1), 115(2), 132, 221 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution story, during patrolling, police party saw that some people were beating two boys. When the police tried to rescue those boys, the petitioner along with one co-accused person, namely, Jitendra Kushwaha and 25-30 unknown persons assembled and used unparliamentary language against the police. They forcibly tried to rescue the boys.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36702 of 2025(2) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 the present case. It is further submitted that no one has suffered any kind of injury in the present case.

5. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 211 of 2025, DistrictRohtas, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C/ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
