ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-07-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 17.06.2014 passed in Bail Petition No.496 of 2014 by the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, 5th, Siwan, by which provisional bail was granted to the Opposite Party No.2 and the victim was released in his favour in Siwan Muffasil (Dhanauti) P.S. Case No.147 of 2014. Having heard the parties concerned, it appears that the girl is now major and living with her husband peacefully. In such circumstances, it would be unfair to disturb the matrimonial harmony.

Hence, the application is dismissed.
