JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2022 Mr. Ganpati Trivedi, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the plaintiff-petitioner has filed a petition for withdrawal of the Title Suit No. 165 / 2015. The petition has been annexed as Annexure-8 to the supplementary affidavit.
Mr. Samir Kumar, learned counsel for the intervenor- defendant / respondent submits that in view of
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.466 of 2018(9) dt.15-09-2022 2/2 the petition having been filed by the plaintiff-petitioner for withdrawal of the Title Suit this petition has become infructuous and no order need be passed.
