Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It appears that, having identical allegation, co-accused Congress Roy has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28948 of 2019 considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation of assault by the named accused persons to the deceased.

Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
