The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihar Police Station Case No. 195 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 423, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only against him is that he was the deed-writer who prepared the draft of the sale deed which was fraudulently executed. Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner Suraj Kumar, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
