Perused the case diary.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 211 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 372, 373, 376, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. Prosecution case, in short, is that the victim was forcibly married by her parents to co-accused Ajay Sharma for Rs. 40,000/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired in this case as he was the middle man in the marriage of the victim with co-accused Ajay Sharma. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. The specific allegation of selling the victim and forcibly marrying her to co-accused Ajay Sharma is against her parents and the only role of the petitioner in the present case is that he had arranged the guest house for performing the marriage ceremony. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as also there being no direct role of the petitioner in the alleged offence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No.
