2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 30.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 67597 of 2024 but he is renewing the prayer for bail on the ground that while rejecting his bail application, it was observed by this Court that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months, if the trial is not concluded. He has further submitted that the stipulated period has completed but the trial is still pending.

3. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36923 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Saharsa in connection with S.T. No. 236 of 2024 arising out of Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 909 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
