Petitioners seek bail in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 209 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The post mortem report does not indicate any external injury. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36545 of 2019. Learned

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 209 of 2017.
