This is second attempt on behalf of the petitioner, whose prayer was earlier refused by a reasoned order dated 06/03/2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52083/2013 in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 127/2013 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

There appears no reason to entertain this application. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is hereby refused. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within fortnight, where the prayer for regular bail may be considered by the court below on its own merit including the submission made here about readiness to deposit the amount, so allegedly defalcated.
