2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the dead body of the deceased was found in the house of Lakhan Saw @ Ramlakhan Prasad who is the father of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during investigation it has come that the deceased had taken money from many people in the name of obtaining a job, but neither he returned the money nor gave job. Petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48903 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Jehanabad/concerned Court below in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 615 of 2023.
