The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ramgarh P.S. Case No.91 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the case merely on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Bhim Chauhan. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
