2. It is the petitioner's case that she had appeared for Intermediate (Science) Examination, 2016, held by the Bihar School Examination Board (hereinafter referred to as 'the Board'). She has been declared 'fail'. The petitioner had applied for re-evaluation of her answer-sheets after depositing the requisite fee. The Board, according to the petitioner, has not scrutinized nor the other answer-sheets sought to be supplied under Right to Information Act, have been made available.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the examination of Theory papers had two parts; one objective type on OMR-sheets and the other

Patna High Court CWJC No.18898 of 2017(2) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 subjective type questions to be answered on separate sheets. The petitioner apprehends that the marks secured by her available on the OMR-sheets has not been taken into account while publishing the petitioner's result.

4. Let the Secretary of Board look into the aspect of the matter, particularly, the grievance of the petitioner as to whether the marks allotted on the OMR-sheets of the petitioner have been taken into account or not while publishing her result, within eight weeks from today. The Court further observes that the Board should consider whether it would be desirable to provide columns in the marks statement showing marks awarded in the objective type test papers and subjective type test papers, separately.

5. This application stands disposed of.
