JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2018 The petitioner seeks grant of 3rd M.A.C.P. and the monetary benefit thereof, by way of the present writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be filing a representation regarding the aforesaid grievance before the respondent no. 3 within a period of four weeks and the respondent no. 3 may be directed to dispose of the same within four weeks thereafter.
It is directed that in case, the representation regarding the aforesaid grievance is filed within four weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall dispose it of by a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of four weeks and in case, the petitioner is found entitled to the said monetary benefits, the

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
