The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.A.No.600/2011 which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of part of the order dated 10.04.2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to comply the order dated 10.04.2012 passed in M.A.No.600 of 2011 within a period of four weeks in its letter and spirit. Accordingly, the restoration petition is allowed. Let M.A.No.600 of 2011 be restored to its original file with condition that if the order dated 10.04.2012 passed in M.A.No.600 of 2011 is not complied in its letter and spirit within four weeks, M.A. No.600 of 2011 shall stand dismissed
