The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 135, 138 of the Electricity Act.
The prosecution case is that the petitioner was consuming electricity energy in his different premises from the premises where the Meter was installed, the loss has been calculated to the tune of Rs. 20613/-.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that it is not a case of illegal consumption of electricity energy. However, the petitioner is ready to deposit the 50% of the alleged loans amount.
On deposit of 50% of the alleged loans amount, let the above named petitioner be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22797 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 47 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
The above deposit will be subject to Assessment or Compounding Proceedings.
