The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 209 of 2015, registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner was indulged in committing theft of electricity, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest. Accordingly, the application is rejected. In case, the Petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
