1. Heard, Mr. Umesh Prasad, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Brajesh Sahay, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant and Mr. Anand Kishore Choudhary, the learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 354(B), 307, 323, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2026 and is a person with clean antecedent and is alleged to have assaulted the injured by lathi causing injury on head, but then, it is submitted that the blow was not repeated. It is also submitted that parties have

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37838 of 2026(2) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 compromised. It is further submitted that if privilege of regular bail is granted, the petitioner will not abscond rather will cooperate in the trial to prove his innocence.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant also submits that he has instructions not to oppose the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the parties, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Lakhisarai P. S. Case No.196 of 2021.

6. The application stands allowed.
