ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Imadpur P.S. case No.06 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 324, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
