The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Desari P. S. Case No. 287 of 2015 registered under Sections 365 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as contained in Annexure- 2 to the present application as also the fact that though the occurrence is alleged to have taken place on 3rd November, 2015, the matter was reported to the police after 13 days on 16th November, 2015, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21380 of 2016 (2) dt.26-05-2016 2/2 named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Desari P. S. Case No. 287 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
