====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Central Government.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted by order dated 02.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.49414 of 2021 whereby the application was permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges have been framed on 06.06.2022 (Annexure-3 to the bail application).

Since the charges have been framed, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38137 of 2022(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No.13 (C)/ 2020 arising out of DRI Patna Unit Case No.20/ 2019-20, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father namely, Shri Bachcha Ray.

However, if the learned Court below comes to a conclusion that after release the petitioner is trying to delay in any manner, the learned Court below shall forthwith cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons.
