2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 52.125 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a Verna Car, of which, this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the seized car, from which, aforesaid recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
