JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 The petitioner apprehends arrest in Misc. Case No. 121 of 2010, T.R. No. 1394 of 2014 instituted under section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner this Court directs that in the event of arrest or surrender of the petitioner above named within four weeks from today, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Misc. Case No. 121 of 2010 T.R. No. 1394 of 2014 subject to all conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
