The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 379/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown person withdrew money from the bank account of the informant with the help of ATMs as well as money was transferred to the account of co-accused Ashutosh Kumar Ojha. The petitioner was in custody since 29.10.2018 in some other case and confessional statement of the accused was recorded while he was in police custody wherein the petitioner confessed his complicity in the crime. The petitioner has been remanded in this case on 02.04.2019. There is no

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No.380 of 2018, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
