2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 57 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 427, 386, 435, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, 14 named accused persons along with 20-25 unknown persons came at Anicut Ghat barrier, equipped with lathi danda and began to cross the barrier on their tractors. Thereafter, all the accused persons put the room on fire in which the computer was burnt.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39909 of 2023(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that the petitioner is a member of mob and no specific allegation is attributed against him. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 57 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
