JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 The present petition was filed for grant of anticipatory bail in Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2013 registered for offences under Section 420, 406, 323, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The said F.I.R. was lodged in view of Section 156

(3) of the Cr.P.C. since complaint was filed by the complainant. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that the petitioner is on bail granted by the Police and investigation is still continuing.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the court is of the opinion that there is no apprehension of arrest, and as such, there is no reason to pass any positive order. The petition stands disposed of.
