JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 09-08-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the given facts and circumstances of the case wherein the petitioner was suffering from illness and for that reason he could not surrender within the prescribed period of four weeks, this Court may consider extending the time by two weeks from today.

In the given facts of the case, let the petitioner surrender in the court below within two weeks from today and on his surrender within the aforesaid period he will be enlarged on bail in terms of the order dated 29.03.2019 passed by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.17231 of 2019.

Learned counsel has pointed out that in the second paragraph of the order dated 29.03.2019 the relevant rule has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38976 of 2019(2) dt.09-08-2019 2/2 been mentioned as 'Bihar Mineral Commission Rules, 1972' whereas it should be 'Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1972'.

Let it be read accordingly. Rest of the order shall remain intact.
