2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020 registered on 01.10.2020 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the I.P.C.

4. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against two named accused persons including the petitioner. From the content of the F.I.R. it transpires that an allegation of assault is there against the present petitioner.

5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently from the said injury, 20-25 days after the event, during treatment the injured person died. He submits that from the content of the

It has been submitted that the informant's mother was brutally injured and due to lack of treatment her situation started deteriorating and after that the informant's family took her to a hospital for treatment.

6. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2023 having clean antecedent.

7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Supaul in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

9. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
