2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 28 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the I.P.C.
3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 12.03.2024.
4. The allegation against the petitioner is to have possession of one stolen motorcycle bearing registration no. BR01F-4630.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was found running away near the alleged motorcycle when he was arrested with present case without any connecting evidence. While
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40886 of 2024(2) dt.11-06-2024 2/2 concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and moreover, investigation of this case is completed, for which charge-sheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
6. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and by taking note of the nature of accusation as well as the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2024, coupled with fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 28 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sheohar, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C.
