23-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Sikraul P.S. Case No. 33 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 461, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, some unknown miscreants committed theft of some ornaments of silver and two idols of gold worth Rs. 14 to 15 lakh approximately in the house of informant.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Bihari Bin. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 08.07.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Case No. 33 of 2021.
