JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 The petitioner apprehends arrest in Complaint Case no. 1449 of 2013, T.R. No. 2210 of 2014 instituted under sections 323, 441, 379, 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the court of the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant any indulgence to the petitioner at this stage. His prayer for grant of anticipatory bail in the aforesaid case is hereby rejected.
