The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.155 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 332, 333, 353, 448, 427, 342, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Sections 3/4 of the Public Property Destruction Act were added. The petitioners are named in the first information report. The allegation against the petitioners is that they along with other miscreants attacked the local police station on account of some incident and damaged the public property.

No.36178 of 2020(3) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have clean antecedents and the main accused of the present case is Niranjan Kumar and these petitioners have no role to play in the occurrence and they are mere bystanders. There is no specific role assigned to them. To show his bona fide, learned counsel for the petitioners has himself offered to deposit Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand) each in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee, Saran at Chapra. Petitioners will produce a copy of the receipt showing deposit of the aforesaid amount by each of the petitioners respectively in the court below.
On production of the receipt showing deposit of the aforesaid amount, the Court below will release petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.155 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
