Having regard to the fact that the appeal of the petitioner against the impugned order of cancellation of licence of the saw mill of the petitioner is said to be still pending, this writ application is definitely premature.
When such an observation has been made learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to press his pending appeal. This application is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
