JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2018 The petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, seeks appointment on compassionate ground inasmuch as, his father died in harness on 01.12.2009.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's application for appointment on compassionate ground is already pending before the competent authority. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that the competent authority shall dispose of the case of the petitioner for his appointment on compassionate ground within four weeks from today and communicate the decision thereof to the petitioner herein.
