JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already been directed to be enlarged on bail vide order dated 19.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30924 of 2023. However, his bail-bond could not be accepted on account of non-fulfillment of conditions as stipulated in the bail order. However, it is further submitted that on account of misconception, this fresh petition has been filed for grant of bail, whereas he should have filed an appropriate application under Section 482 Cr. P.C. with regard to nonacceptance of the bail-bond. At this stage, Ld. counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to
