28.08.2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the private Opposite Parties vide order dated 15.10.2014 passed by Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in A.B.P. No. 1813 of 2014 in connection with Complaint Case No. 96 of 2014 (Tr. No. 4179 of 2014).

Since after full consideration of the merits of the case the Session Judge, Muzaffarpur has granted anticipatory bail, I see no reason for interference with the same. The Application stands dismissed.
