ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Bathnaha P.S. case No.32 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Prevention of Witch Practices Act, 1999, pending before the court of C.J.M., Sitamarhi. Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner in the First Information Report, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
