ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 23.1.2015.

Supplementary affidavit filed today on behalf of the Petitioner, be kept on the record.

In the nature of dispute between the Parties, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf.

Considering the merits of the case Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 23.1.2015 in connection with Complaint Case No. C 1252 of 2012 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3194 of 2015 (3) dt.19-08-2015 However, from now on, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/- per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 instead of Rs.750/-.
