By filing this writ petition, the petitioners seek direction to the respondents to sent records of land of Khata No. 817, Plot No. 2164 area 3.78 decimal and Khata no. 818, plot no. 2162 and 2163 area 0.48 acre and 0.46 acre to the District Magistrate-cum District Collector, Gaya.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the names of the petitioners have been mutated but the petitioners are not allowed to sell their land. On query, the petitioners did not produce any chit of paper to show that the petitioners ever
Patna High Court CWJC No.16651 of 2017 (2) dt.16-08-2018 2/2 presented any deed of sale before the Sub Registrar or Registrar for its registration.
Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I do not find any merit in this writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
