The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 511 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 387, 323, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that eight persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioners having Katta, Lathi and stick in

No.38122 of 2019(3) dt.16-07-2019 2/3 their hands came in the noon of 18.09.2018 and made demand of Rs.2000/- from each vegetable shopkeepers as ransom and started to abuse. In the meantime, all started to cause assault to the shopkeepers and thrown their vegetable bags. When the informant made protest then Chotu Mishra caused injury at his mouth through butt of Katta and others also caused injury through stick and lathi. At that time, Chotu Mishra took cash of Rs.50,000/-, which was kept by the informant, after selling the vegetables. In the aforesaid ocurrence, Manu Turha, Sonu Turha, Sonu Kumar, Golu Kumar, Golu Mukesh , Kanhiya Kumar and Chotu Kumar also sustained injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to putting the vegetables, some dispute arose in between the vegetable shopkeepers due to that reason occurrence took place, in which, petitioners' side also sustained injury, regarding which, Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 512 of 2018 is also instituted on 18.09.2018 on the basis of written report of petitioner no.1, Punpun Turha against the informant of the present case and others and petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Moreover, the injuries, as found on the person of the informant and others injured, are simple in nature. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.38122 of 2019(3) dt.16-07-2019 3/3 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 511 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
