Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application with proper pleadings.

Permission is accorded.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the age of the petitioner could not be stated in the anticipatory bail application and as such is not in a position to submit whether petitioner is a major or a minor. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
