Mr. Shailendra Kumar Sinha, counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ application, the headmaster of SGBK Sahu Inter School, Warisaliganj has superannuated and as such there is no impediment to the respondents in considering the case of the petitioner for posting in the SGBK Sahu Inter School, Warisaliganj and as such he submits

Patna High Court MJC No.3542 of 2017 (2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 that the Court may modify the order to the extent that the respondents may consider the case of the petitioner for posting against the vacancy in the said school.

The order dated 30.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.9332 of 2017 is modified to the extent that respondents may consider posting of the petitioner against the vacancy including at SGBK Sahu Inter School, Warisaliganj.

With the aforesaid, this application stands disposed of.
