JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 21-04-2022 In view of the admitted fact that the property pledged by the petitioner was not put on auction pursuant to the auction notice dated 18.03.2020, which has been put to challenge in the present writ application, this writ application has become infructuous.

However, we must note that on 07.03.2022, this Court was informed that the parties had taken steps to settle the dispute amicably.

The Managing Director of the Corporation has passed an order on 29.03.2022, which is indicative of the fact that the respondents are in the process of accounting for determination of the actual amount which is payable by the petitioner upon audit of the bills submitted by the petitioner.
