The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 971 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148, 149,341,323,324,325,307,504 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of injuries, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
