Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Yogapatti P.S.Case No. 30 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., West Champaran, Bettiah. Petitioner no.1 is the husband and other petitioners are in-laws of the deceased.

Petitioners are accused under Section 302 of the Indian

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35221 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 Penal Code but during investigation they have only been found abetted the deceased to commit suicide.

Let the petitioners, named above, surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the Court below and apply for regular bail, which should be considered in accordance with law. The application stands disposed of.
