This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. directed against the order dated 22.04.2013 passed in Complaint Case No. 94 of 2012, whereunder, the learned S.D.J.M. Jehanabad summoned the petitioners and two other accused persons under Section 204 Cr.P.C., On inquiry, finding prima facie case under 498(A) of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality to interfere with the same in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and accordingly the present application is dismissed. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
