JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 03-01-2019 In the present writ petition, the prayer of the petitioner is for directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to take suitable legal action against respondent nos. 4 to 9 for not depositing Rs.2,50,000/- in Sub-divisional Nazarat Mahnar, which is the amount of Sairat as well as the agricultural income from farming per year from 20.04.2000 in respect of land attached under the proceeding under Section 146 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.294 of 2018 dt.03-01-2019 2/2 In view of an equally efficacious alternative statutory remedy being available to the petitioner for the redressal of his grievance, I am not inclined to entertain the present application in extraordinary writ jurisdiction.
