JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2021 Petitioners seek modification of the order dated 1612-2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29527 of 2020 to the extent that time granted by this Court for surrender and deposit of a sum of Rs. 3 Lakhs before the court below be extended by a further period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners in pursuance of the order dated 16/12/2020 arranged a sum of Rs. 3 Lakhs for depositing the same before the learned court below in terms of the order but due to intervening COVID 19 Pandemic they could not deposit the amount and surrender before the court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47430 of 2021(2) dt.25-08-2021 2/2 Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners by way of a last chance seeks extension of further four weeks' time to enable the petitioners to deposit Rs. 3 Lakhs and surrender before the court below for furnishing bail bonds. Regard being had to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, let the order dated 16/12/2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29527 of 2020 be modified to the extent that time granted earlier for deposit of money and surrender is extended by further four weeks.

With the aforesaid direction and observation, the petition stands allowed.
