2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 237 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of kidnapping the victim girl.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43388 of 2025(5) dt.19-02-2026 2/2 petitioners are quite innocent and have not committed any offence.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. I have considered the submissions of the parties and have perused the materials available on record. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner no. 2 on her own.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court below, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S.
