2. The present appeal has been preferred for the grant of following relief:
"For review of the order dated 19.06.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh (as his lordship then was) in CWJC No.
1920 of 2018 whereby direction was issued, Respondent No.4, the Circle Officer, Rajapakar is expected to get the measurement and demarcation of the land in question done within
Patna High Court C. REV. No.398 of 2018(3) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, after giving due notice to the petitioner, private Respondent No. 6 and other affected persons, in accordance with the provisions of law."
3. Mr. Amiket Kundan on the instruction of Mr. Brisketu Sharan Pandey representing learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
4. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
